To avoid disappointment, Bookings are recommended.
- Bookings can be made up to 1 hour prior to travel
- Full Payment is taken at the time of booking
- A place onboard is guaranteed when a booking is made – Booked passengers and vehicles must arrive at least 20 mins prior to departure (30 minutes in peak times)
- Bookings are valid for all departures on the same day as booked (subject to availability). i.e if arriving late or early, ticket holders at no extra charge subject to availability.
- Using Internet Explorer? If there is a problem with the pages loading while making your booking, please make sure your security settings are set to medium or lower.

Should you wish to travel without a booking – please arrive at the terminal at least 20mins prior to the hour of departure (allow more time around Public Holidays and peak summer periods).
