Taste of Sorrento       1-8 June 2012

Taste of Sorrento offers a mouth watering blend of gourmet food and fine wine events aimed at showcasing some of Sorrento’s and the Mornington Peninsula’s finest. With cooking demonstrations and tastings from the likes of Peter Watson from the Spice Company, and themed degustations and dinners from Age Good Food Guide restaurants such as Loquat, Three Palms and Acquolina, it really is a treat for the senses. With wine tastings, chef authors, gourmet menus and of course chocolate, Taste of Sorrento offers the perfect reason to getaway, relax and indulge in an historic town by the sea.

New to the program in 2012 is a “Taste of Mornington Peninsula” at the Sorrento Community Centre on Saturday, 2nd June. The demonstration kitchen will display a range of masterclasses throughout the day and the best of Mornington Peninsula gourmet produce, beer and wine will be on display for the day.

There will be an additional High Tea on the High Seas as part of this festival on Sunday June 3rd.  Contact Us for more information.
