Since its establishment in 1989, Mornington Peninsula producer Red Hill Estate has been celebrated for crafting exceptional cool-climate wines. Adding to its charm is the newly opened Tuscan-inspired farmhouse restaurant, where guests indulge in authentic Italian-style cuisine crafted from fresh, seasonal produce. Led by Head Chef Luca, the menu features handmade pasta, slow-cooked meats, and fresh seafood, perfectly paired with the estate's award-winning wines. Opening Hours:

Our Restaurant is open Thursday to Monday. Lunch bookings available from 11:45am - 3:00pm Unwind over a long lunch with vineyard views and seasonal flavours. Perfect for lingering afternoons and a glass (or two) of something special.

Saturday Dinner bookings available from 5:00pm - 7:30pm (kitchen closes at 8:00pm) Expect an Italian-inspired share menu, a bottle (or two) of something exceptional, and a dining room that feels like Nonna's house, if Nonna had vineyard views. Good wine, great company, and a table worth staying for.
