Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll Officer

Full Time Position (Permanent Part Time may apply)

This exciting role involves working within our Finance Team.  We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Officer who is also able to provide Payroll Support to our Payroll Officer.

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to –

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Provide support to our Payroll Officer
  • Cash Handling and reconciling daily takings
  • Data Entry
  • General Administrative duties

You are

The ideal applicant will be warm, friendly and possess an outgoing manner.  A self-motivated person who will display a high level of accuracy and be able to be part of a team dedicated to these standards.

To be successful in this role you must have a strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and have a “can do” attitude.  Your excellent communication and data entry skills along with your outgoing personality will help you secure this fantastic opportunity.  Previous experience in a similar role will be considered favourably.
