The onboard Cafe is open every ferry sailing. Enjoy a great coffee made by our onboard barista or a yummy snack, as you sail the bay.

Viewing Decks

Various external viewing decks with outdoor seating. Spot local landmarks and marine life including dolphins all year & whales in winter.

Full Length Windows

Full length windows allow for maximum viewing of the beautiful sights you will see on your crossing.

Lonsdale Lounge

The stylish Lonsdale Lounge is located on the MV Queenscliff and is a light and airy space with plenty of seating. 

Portsea Lounge

The beautiful Portsea Lounge offers a special sailing experience with its cosy feel and great views from the front of the ship.  Located on the MV Sorrento, it is open to the public most days.  This lounge also hosts a range of onboard events including High Teas and private functions.

Children's Playground

Sit back and relax while the kids entertain themselves in the kids play area. Baby change facility available.

Pet Friendly

Furry friends are welcome onboard, however, they must be on a leash and are restricted to the external decks (not permitted in the passenger lounge). 

Binoculars

There are many things to see on the crossing and the best way to see them is with our binoculars located on the viewing decks.

Simple and enjoyable process
Really enjoyed taking the ferry. Not very busy, easy to get on and off with car and nice ship. Comfortable lounge and even had a sandwich. Really like the driving it saved us. Put us in great shape for starting the Great Ocean Road.

Why would you bother driving through all that city traffic when you can just hop aboard the ferry to get from one side of the bay to the other?
Excellent way to cross the bay
We took the car over the bay. What an easy trip. No need to book. Boat is in excellent condition and crew were great. High recommended.
