About Us
Searoad Ferries employs over 200 staff and moves around one million customers each year. We connect people and places through exceptional experiences across the tourism, hospitality, passenger transport, and maritime sectors.
Our flagship restaurant, TARRA Queenscliff, is part of the Searoad Ferries Group, serving up coastal cuisine with breathtaking waterfront views. Focused on fresh, local produce, TARRA offers an elevated dining experience where community, good food, and stunning scenery come together on the Bellarine Peninsula.
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team, where the sea breeze and community spirit are part of every shift. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work across multiple outlets, including beachside dining, onboard and onshore cafés, grab-and-go food, and event catering. With the redevelopment of the Sorrento Ferry Terminal underway, you'll also be part of expanding our diverse food and beverage offerings.

Be a key player in launching Searoad Ferries' exciting new venture in Sorrento, ensuring our menus are executed flawlessly under the guidance of our Executive Chef. You’ll also assist with developing kitchen processes and procedures to uphold our high standards.
