At Blackman's brewery our philosophy is this: we love good beer, it's really that simple. We make our beers with the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on and we give our beers the right amount of time in tank, we don't rush them through to meet deadlines. Our core range is made up of beers that cover a variety of flavours and styles, we want to make good beer for everyone.
We started back in 2014, with this wild dream of bringing craft beer to Torquay. Fast forward to today, and how things have certainly grown. Today, we have 22 rotating taps in Torquay, our own seltzer brand (say g'day to Coast Seltzer), a ripper Ginger Beer, and even a Zero beer for when you're keeping things easy. We've spread our wings too, with a production facility and bar in Grovedale, plus a Beer and Burger Bar in Ocean Grove.
But this is what really gets us excited: being part of the Geelong and Surf Coast community. We're still family-owned and operated, still obsessed with quality, and still high-fiving every time someone discovers their new favourite brew.
